PTM Connect

Parent-teacher meetings for schools

Live

The school sets up a parent-teacher meeting, and the app gives every child a time with the class teacher. Parents book nothing: they open the app and see their time.

A teacher never has two children at the same time, and brothers and sisters are placed one after the other where possible. After the meeting, teacher and parent each record feedback.

How a PTM runs

  • The school office chooses the date, the time window and the classes
  • The app builds the schedule and shows a preview before anything is published
  • Parents and teachers are told in the app
  • The teacher marks each meeting as completed or as a no-show
  • The school closes the PTM; after that nothing can be changed

Feedback

  • The teacher writes feedback in three parts: academic progress, strengths and areas to improve
  • The parent reads it in the app
  • The parent can rate the conversation from 1 to 5 and add a comment

DocDesk On request

Offline document automation for banks · on-premise

DocDesk fills in a bank’s official documents, such as loan sanction paperwork, request letters and agreements, from the bank’s own Word templates. Staff pick the documents they need, enter the details once, and every selected document is ready to preview, print or download.

It runs entirely on the bank’s own server, with no internet or cloud connection, so customer data never leaves the premises. We turn the bank’s documents into templates, install DocDesk and train branch staff.

Each clinic’s data is kept separate from every other clinic’s.
