DocDesk

DocDesk generates and updates a bank’s official documents, such as loan sanction paperwork, request letters and agreements, from the bank’s own Word templates. Staff pick the documents they need, enter the details once, and every selected document is filled in together, ready to preview, print or download. DocDesk runs entirely on the bank’s own server, with no internet or cloud connection, so customer data never leaves the premises.
Implementation by DSONIX: we turn the bank’s existing documents into templates, map every field, install DocDesk on the bank’s servers and train branch staff. When a document changes, we update the template and staff simply keep working.
